Guru Network Insider Updates - 27 June 2025 AMA - automated community tools, and the evolving $GURU and $AIGURU economy
Learn about rapid AI-powered app creation, automated community tools, and the evolving $GURU and $AIGURU economy driving decentralized innovation.

On June 27, 2025, the Guru community gathered for a highly anticipated AMA Tech Session, led by CEO Evgeny, to discuss the latest technical updates, product innovations, and the evolving vision behind Guru Network. The session offered a deep dive into automation, the AI-powered Guru economy, and the practical steps being taken to empower both developers and community builders.
Automating Community Apps: Rapid Development with AI
A major focus of the session was the new approach to building and launching community apps using the Guru Framework. Evgeny described how recent technical breakthroughs have enabled the creation of sophisticated user flows in minutes, leveraging tools like Cursor and GPT-based models:
“I dived into Cursor this week and figured out the way to create the flows in our framework within minutes, trying different theories. That’s the craziness of how we were able to do it, as well as how deep we are able to drop into this kind of presentation to figure out exact wording and taglines for those features we’re deploying”.
The process now allows for the rapid deployment of community applications, complete with onboarding flows, AI-powered moderation, content generation, and integrated wallets - all provisioned in about 12 minutes.
AI-Driven Content and Community Engagement
Evgeny highlighted the unique features available to community builders, such as the AI moderator, smart newsletter, and content factory:
“The content generator which we have in this package for community apps is a crucial thing… It’s producing you the report which you then can publish in your channel. So basically, people talking about some topic in the group, and then you have a digest next day published in the channel about what people are talking about”.
This automated content generation not only keeps communities engaged but also provides a seamless way to maintain active communication and value delivery.
Monetization and Ecosystem Growth
A standout aspect of the Guru Network is its integrated wallet and profit-sharing mechanics:
“The ecosystem crypto wallet which is embedded in your community gives you a way to monetize your community better because you would participate in profit sharing from this wallet incorporated in your community app. This is a very powerful mechanics which can power up the whole economy when you actually calculate how many people could be joining to the wallet and to all those revenue streams with every community onboarded”.
This approach aligns incentives for both developers and community managers, ensuring that growth directly benefits active participants.
Technical Agility and the Road Ahead
The session also addressed the recent decision to temporarily shut down the Guru mainnet due to changes in the underlying infrastructure, with a clear plan for relaunch:
“We’re moving out the liquidity and then we would spin up Guru Mainnet under new stack and with a new kind of paradigm. That’s the decision the core contributors made… The new Guru Mainnet would be full of nodes spinned up from this community wizard and with communities we are polishing right now”.
Evgeny reassured users that the testnet remains fully functional and that the next mainnet will be driven by organic community activity, with nodes paying gas in $GURU tokens (here's a guide how to buy it on CEX or DEX) for app activity.
A Self-Reinforcing AI Economy
Part of the session was explaining the foundation of the Guru Network ecosystem, emphasizing its dual-token structure:
“The AI Guru economy is a decentralized system that powers the Guru network app launcher ecosystem. At its core are two tokens: $GURU, the governance token, and $AIGURU, the utility token. Holders shape the platform's future by proposing and voting on key decisions, $AIGURU acts as the energy that fuels all activities - from launching AI agents to running decentralized apps”.
This model is designed to create a self-reinforcing cycle: as more users and developers participate, the demand for $AIGURU increases, leading to greater scarcity and higher rewards for all stakeholders.
